Here is a list of subjects and courses descriptions that each subject offers.
LANGUAGE
Orothography
In this course, students will learn the alphabet and the relationships between written letters and the pronunciation and sounds of the letters.
Etymology
After learning the basics, the students will begin learning about etymology -- the study of the origins of each word/phrase.
Syntax
In the syntax course, students will learn the arrangement of words and the processes of constructing sentences.
Prosody
In prosody, students will learn about the rhythm, stress, and intonation of speech.
SCIENCE AND HISTORY
Biography
In this course, students will learn about famous individuals in history.
Astronomy
In astronomy class, students will study celestial objects (moons, stars, planets, etc) and the physics, chemistry, and evolution of these objects.
Cosmography
In Cosmography, students will map out the general features of the universe.
Geography
In this course, students will study the lands, the features, and the inhabitants of the Earth.
MATHEMATICS
Sciences of Compound Proportion
Students will learn about types of proportionality (direct and indirect)
Algebra
In algebra, students will learn about using variables to find numerical values. They will learn how to solve equations by manipulating these variables by using the rules of operation.
Land-Surveying and Leveling
Students learn about land-surveying and leveling by measuring, recording and drawing to scale the physical features on the surface of the earth.
Statistics
Students will study statistics by collecting and analyzing numerical data in large quantities.
THE ARTS
Vocal Music
Students will hone their singing skills in Vocal Music class. Students may also learn how to play instruments.
Drawing (from models)
Students will learn how to draw and visual objects based off of models.
